Dr. Steve Szatkowski has been dedicated to chiropractic care and holistic wellness for nearly four decades. He earned his Bachelor of Public Health/Environmental Health from Ferris State University in 1980 before obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1986.

In 1995, Dr. Steve further specialized in sports medicine, completing a 300-hour training program to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (C.C.S.P.). Committed to staying at the forefront of health and wellness, he has pursued extensive postgraduate education in clinical neurology, nutrition, and wellness care.

Dr. Steve has a special focus on neuropathy treatment and nerve restoration. In January 2025, he completed advanced training in Peripheral Neuropathy Nerve Restoration, equipping him with the latest techniques to help patients suffering from nerve-related conditions. His practice integrates cutting-edge technology, including cold light laser therapy, percussor therapy, the EB-305 energy balancer, decompression and computerized health assessments. He also utilizes Contact Reflex Analysis (C.R.A.), a specialized technique that helps identify targeted nutritional support to enhance patient health.

Dr. Steve remains committed to continuous learning, regularly attending seminars and training programs to provide the most effective, up-to-date care. His approach combines state-of-the-art technology with holistic wellness, ensuring his patients receive comprehensive, personalized treatment to support their journey toward optimal health and vitality.

Enoch is Dr. Steve's dog and he joined the Fruitport Chiropractic Family in July 2023! Enoch is a Newfoundland and enjoys greeting patients, playing with his toys, and finding a nice, cool place to take a nap! Enoch brings a ton of love and fun to the office!
